Our founder, Gideon Vargas, recognized that the traditional data economy was fundamentally broken—centralized platforms extracted value while users received little in return.
Starting from our base in Scotland, UK, we assembled a team of blockchain engineers, data scientists, and security specialists who shared this vision. Together, we are building Liolk—a decentralized platform designed to put control back in the hands of individuals and enterprises.
